RIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

To maximize the enjoyment of the trail riders’ experience, it is necessary that the following rules be strictly enforced.

  1. Riders under the age of 18 must have a liability release form signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a park staff member, or the waiver must be notarized.
  2. Riders are responsible for complying with the manufacturers’ recommendations for age, weight, number of riders, etc. for their vehicle.
  3. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY for ALL riders regardless of age and must be D.O.T approved.
  4. All riders and visitors must sign in before unloading their vehicle. Wristbands will be checked throughout the day. Anyone riding without a wristband will be dismissed.
  5. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed on property.
  6. SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED.
  7. No one is allowed to possess any dangerous or controlled substances including, but not limited to firearms and explosives within the park.
  8. There will be no toleration for fighting. Any violation of this rule will result in a $100 park fine, being banned from the property and being arrested.
  9. Anyone riding in an unsafe manner or creating any damage to property, structures, trees, landscaping, vehicles or other riders will be suspended without refund. All vehicles must operate in a manner to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park.
  10. Speed limits will be strictly enforced.
  11. Ride on marked trails only. Anyone caught riding on unmarked trails will be suspended immediately with no refund. Do not make your own trails.
  12. Tread lightly on main road.
  13. No coolers allowed on ATVs.
  14. No disposable cans or bottles allowed on trails. Only portable sports bottles, camelbacks, or thermoses are allowed.
  15. No littering on the trails.
  16. No hunting is allowed in the park.
  17. Please be sure that your ORV has the appropriate equipment needed to operate on the rough terrain in the trails.
  18. You are solely responsible for selecting the trails that are within your riding ability and assume all risks resulting from your trail selection.

ANYONE VIOLATING THESE RULES WILL BE SUSPENDED WITHOUT REFUND.
